Hello there!

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Fallon Drinkall and I am a Practitioner of Chinese Medicine & Registered Acupuncturist here at Advanced Women’s Health. I grew up in a small town just south of the Yukon border. My hometown had a mere 20 people who lived in it year-round and the nearest “neighbouring city” was 4 hours away. I lived my life in the outdoors without power until I was 15 years old. Growing up so in touch with my surroundings deepened my understanding of how our environment impacts our internal state.

My passion for medicine was recognized at a young age where I would spend countless hours craning over anatomical texts. I decided to set my passion into motion in 2018, igniting a deep desire from within to help those in need. My studies began and I dove deep into the books and my practice. It is one of my greatest joys to study human physiology and how I may be of assistance to those who may need it.

I aim within my practice here, to offer patients a sense of spaciousness. To arrive as they are to help facilitate a state of healing from whatever they may be facing. I practice from a state of ease and comfort intertwining both Western anatomical sciences and Eastern holism to approach the body in an integrated fashion. Noting that individuals are not ‘mind’ and ‘body’ as separate concepts, but both simultaneously.

Within my years of research and study, I identified a great need for support in women’s health, fertility, menopause, autoimmune disorders, nervous system regulation and chronic pain. These are all areas which pique my interest, although my practice is not limited and I welcome all with a warm heart. I hope to speak to you soon to figure out if my approach aligns with your specific needs. Feel free to reach out to me with a free 15-minute consultation in which we can discuss specific modalities and treatment courses.

With light, Fallon Drinkall

Julie is a seasoned holistic bodyworker with over 20 years of experience and training in several modalities. Inspired by nature and its cycles she has been passionate about natural health and wellness for most of her life, particularly women’s health, manual therapies, movement arts, and how to bring yoga and play into daily life. Julie is certified in Manual Osteopathic Therapy, Massage Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, energy healing, Hatha Yoga teaching, Trauma Informed Somatic Intelligence, and numerous other healing modalities from working in the spa and wellness since 2005.

Manual Osteopaths use structural and functional assessments to identify and address musculoskeletal, digestive, respiratory, circulatory, and nervous system conditions. A whole-body approach using hands-on techniques to facilitate the body’s natural healing processes. A variety of techniques are used to treat muscles, bones, joints, and fascia to achieve and maintain structural and functional balance, release tension, reduce and eliminate pain, increase function and mobility, and contribute to nervous system resiliency. Techniques: Myofascial release, mobilizations, osteo-craniosacral, visceral (organs) manipulation, trigger point release, muscle energy, lymph drainage, and approximation.

Somatic practices are a body-centered approach based on mindful awareness. Stress/trauma imprints are stored in the nervous system and tissues as tension, pain, postural imbalances and a host of health conditions. Somatic awareness and exercises offer safety and connection that support the shift to rebalancing
